THE ORGANIZATION THROUGH THE LPS HAD PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED FUNDING FOR PROPERTIES ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION FROM THE TDHCA AS PART OF TAX CREDIT PROGRAMS.THE FOLLOWING TAX EXEMPTIONS CONTINUED TO BE RECEIVED:INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE 501 (C)(3) INCOME TAX EXEMPTION.
