ASSISTANCE INCLUDES DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE VIA 0% INTEREST DEFERRED PAYMENT 2ND LIENS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SOLD TO QUALIFYING INCOME HOUSEHOLDS WITH SELLER CONCESSIONS TO ACHIEVE AFFORDABILITY TO THE HOUSEHOLD.
