TO QUALIFY, THE CHILD MUST BE PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED, BETWEEN THE AGES OF SEVEN AND SIXTEEN, OR BE AN INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC BETWEEN THE AGES OF SEVEN AND SEVENTEEN. NO CHARGE IS ASSESSED TO ATTEND, AND THERE IS NOT A FINANCIAL QUALIFICATION FOR ATTENDANCE.
