PROVIDES SEVERAL IMPORTANT SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING REPRESENTATION OF RURAL COMPANY AND RURAL CUSTOMER INTERESTS AT THE PUBLIC UTILITES COMMISSION, IN THE COLORADO STATE LEGISLATURE, AND WITH OTHER POLICY-MAKERS. IT CONDUCTS TWO ANNUAL MEMBERHSIP MEETINGS INCLUDING THE COLORADO TELECOMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATION CONVENTION AND VENDOR SHOWCASE.
