FAST AN ATHELTE CENTERED, COACH DRIVEN, PARENT SUPPORTED TEAM THAT DEVELOPS CHARACTER, SWIMMING EXCELLENCE, AND LEADERSHIP TO OVER 300 ATHLETES RANGING IN AGE FROM 5-18 IN NORTHERN COLORADO. FAST HAS CONTINUED TO BE AMONGST THE TOP SWIM CLUBS IN THE UNITED STATES BY PROMOTING GOAL SETTING AND LONG TERM ATHLETIC DEVELOPEMNT. FAST PROMOTES POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND ACTIONS IN AND OUT OF THE POOL, AS WELL AS ENCOURAGING MEMBERS TO FORM LONG TERM RESPECTFUL AND SUPPORTIVE RELATIONSHIPS. FAST PROVIDES A SAFE AND POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS. FAST ACHIEVES ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS BY MAINTAINING FINANCIAL STABILITY, SUSTAINING LONG TERM GROWTH AND RETAINING PROFESSIONAL STAFF.
