NO APPLICATIONS WERE PROCESSED; THREE SETS OF PARENTS ATTENDED SEMINARS, NO HOMES WERE APPROVED FOR ADOPTION DURING THE YEAR, AND THERE WERE NO PLACEMENTS OF INFANTS IN ADOPTIVE HOMES.
