THE MEMBERSHIP SHALL AT ALL TIMES WORK TOWARDS UNIVERSAL COSTUMING OF THE LOCAL POPULATION IN AUTHENTIC COSTUMES OF MEXICO AND LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES, AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE MUSIC, ARTS, CRAFTS AND CULTURE OF SUCH COUNTRIES THROUGH PUBLIC EXHIBITS, CONCERTS, PARADES AND VARIOUS OTHER PUBLIC GATHERINGS.
