MEMBERSHIP - PROMOTING EDUCATION AND THE USE OF EVIDENCE-BASED PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT RESEARCH AND PRACTICES TO EFFECT SUSTAINABLE, MEASURABLE RESULTS AND ADD VALUE TO STAKEHOLDERS IN THE PRIVATE, PUBLIC, AND SOCIAL SECTORS. ISPI PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL, ACADEMIC AND CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE - HELD IN APRIL, THE CONFERENCE DISSEMINATES EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 40 EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SESSIONS TO APPROXIMATELY 1000 MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS.
CERTIFICATION - A CREDENTIAL GIVEN TO PEOPLE WHO SATISFY A SET OF REQUIREMENTS. ISPI'S CERTIFICATION IS PERFORMANCE-BASED RATHER THAN EDUCATION-BASED. IT RECOGNIZES PRACTITIONERS WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED PROFICIENCY IN 10 STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT IN WAYS THAT ARE IN KEEPING WITH THE CODE OF ETHICS. INDIVIDUALS WHO RECIEVE THE CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIST DESIGNATION MUST BE RE-CERTIFIED EVERY THREE YEARS TO MAINTAIN THE CREDENTIAL.
