PCRM CLINIC PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE, AS WELL AS SPECIALIZED CARE FOR DIABETES, OBESITY, HYPERTENSION, LIPID DISORDERS, HEART DISEASE, ARTHRITIS, MIGRAINES, AND OTHER CONDITIONS FOR WHICH NUTRITION PLANS AN IMPORTANT ROLE. PCRM CLINIC IS EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAXES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
THE PCRM FOUNDATION (A CORPORATION), A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, WAS INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ON MAY 13, 2003.
