IN 2021, THE ALLIANCE FOR COFFEE EXCELLENCE("ACE") REPORTED THAT SUCCESSFUL CUP OF EXCELLENCE PROGRAMS HAD OCCURRED IN BRAZIL, COLOMBIA, COSTA RICA, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, ETHIOPIA, GUATEMALA, HONDURAS, INDONESIA, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, AND PERU. ACE ALSO PRESENTED AN EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAM FOR EDUCATING COFFEE BUYERS ON RECOGNIZING QUALITY COFFEES. DUE TO COVID, MOST IN-PERSON EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WERE MOVED TO ONLINE WEBINARS FOR INDUSTRY AND CONSUMERS.
