ACTIVITIES, STRUCTURED EXERCISES - LUNCH AND 2 SNACKS ASSISTANCE WITH ADLS WERE PROVIDED. A CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP IS OFFERED THE LAST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH.
