IN 2021, ICML CONTINUED ITS PRESENCE VIRTUALLY, ADVOCATING FOR LUBRICATION PRACTITIONERS DIRECTLY WITH MANAGEMENT AND AT TIMES C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE PERSONNEL. ICML HAS CONTINUED TO ADVANCE STANDARDS PERTINENT TO LUBRICATION AND ANALYSIS PRACTITIONERS AND CONTINUES TO UPDATE/UPGRADE EXAM QUESTIONS. ICML HAS CONTINUED TO SERVE AS CONVENERS, PROJECT MANAGERS AND WORK CLOSELY WITH GROUP VOLUNTEERS AND PROCTORS. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, ICML STILL CONTINUES TO OFFER DIGITAL EXAMS IN MOST CASES, BUT STILL OFFERS IN-PERSON EXAMS WHEN FEASIBLE. ICML CONTINUES TO PRESENT THE GILL AWARD AND THE BATTLE AWARD TO COMPANIES RECOGNIZING THEM FOR THEIR INNOVATION IN THE AREAS OF OIL ANALYSIS AND MACHINERY LUBRICATION.
