JOHN AND AFFILIATES OWN AND OPERATE A COMPREHENSIVE TERTIARY HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM WHICH PROVIDES A FULL SPECTRUM OF HEALTH-RELATED SERVICES IN EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS. ST. JOHN, HEADQUARTERED IN TULSA, OKLAHOMA, CONDUCTS ITS OPERATIONS THROUGH SEVERAL WHOLLY-OWNED OR WHOLLY-CONTROLLED SUBSIDIARIES, INCLUDING: ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER, INC., ST.
