COMMUNITY OUTREACH - PROGRAM WHICH ASSIST LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND REDUCE THE CAUSE OF POVERTY THROUGH ADVOCACY AND INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE, WHILE LESSENING ITS EFFECTS THROUGH DELIVERY OF DIRECT SERVICES. OVER 2,400 FAMILIES RECEIVED SUCH SERVICES AS HOUSING, PRESCRIPTIONS ASSISTANCE, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, UTILITY ASSISTANCE, RENT/MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE, TAX PREPARATION SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION, AND FOOD.
