TRINITY WOODS SERVED AN AVERAGE OF 341 PEOPLE PROVIDING A FULL CONTINUUM OF CARE INCLUDING INDEPENDENT RESIDENTIAL LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING, REHABILITATIVE THERAPY, NURSING CARE AND SKILLED MEMORY CARE.FINANCE- SOUND LEVELS OF CASH RESERVES WERE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR RANGING FROM 114 TO 151 DAYS CASH ON HAND.- TOTAL CAMPUS OCCUPANCY (341 RESIDENCES) RANGED FROM 85% TO 89% AVERAGIN 87% FOR THE YEAR.- OPERATING EXPENSES FOR MEMBER SERVICES CONSISTENTLY STAYED BELOW FEES RECEIVED.PHILANTHROPY- THE SUPPLEMENTAL AID FUND, NOW CHANGED TO GOOD SAMARITAN FUND, PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO 19 MEDICAID RECIPIENTS.- THE GOOD SAMARITAN FUND RAISED $52,011.11- THE EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION FUND RAISED $83,923.71THE MEMBER-OPERATED BARGAIN BASEMENT THRIFT STORE EARNED $7,601.50 FOR THE GOOD SAMARITAN FUND.
