BOYS STATE - TO PROVIDE THE MEANS TO GIVE PRACTICAL INSTRUCTION IN THE MECHANICS OF GOVERNMENT TO BOYS OF HIGH SCHOOL AGE, AND TO HELP INSTILL IN EACH BOY A PRESENT SENSE OF OBLIGATION TO HIS COMMUNITY, TO HIS STATE, AND TO HIS NATION.
