REPRESENTATION INCLUDES ISSUES RELATING TO ORGANIZING, TRAINING, WAGES, HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS, PENSION BENEFITS, AND OTHER BENEFITS IMPACTING MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. PAYMENTS TO AFFILIATED LOCALS FOR TRAINING AND OTHER BENEFITS DIRECTLY IMPACTING MEMBERS OF THOSE LOCALS IS AN EXEMPT PURPOSE ACTIVITY OF THIS ENTITY. PAYMENTS TO OTHER ENTITIES TO IMPACT HEALTH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFOT OF MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IS A RELATED EXEMPT PURPOSE ACTIVITY.
