(2) QUALIFIED/CERTIFIED HOUSING GRANT AND LOAN PACKAGER ON BEHALF OF USDA - ASSIST CLIENTS WITH COMPLETING THEIR SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION, CREDIT CHECK, ETC.
