HOME OWNERSHIP PROMOTION - THE PURSUIT OF HOME OWNERSHIP THROUGH COUNSELING, EDUCATION, AND REALTY SERVICES IN A COMPREHENSIVE ONE-STOP-SHOP PROGRAM. DAILY COUNSELING, MONTHLY CLASSES, AND ONGOING PROPERTY SEARCH SERVICES. FINANCIAL CAPABILITY SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED AS A GOAL SETTING SUPPLEMENTARY EFFORT.


HOMEOWNERSHIP PRESERVATION SERVICES - THE PRESERVATION OF HOMEOWNERSHIP THROUGH FORECLOSURE PREVENTION COUNSELING, OWNER-OCCUPIED REPAIR AND/OR REHAB, AND AGING IN PLACE SOLUTIONS FOR OLDER HOMEOWNERS.


REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT/ ASSET MANAGEMENT - THE PRODUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR RENT OR SALE IN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED NEIGHBORHOODS WHERE NEW INVESTMENTS ARE CAUSING PROPERTY VALUES TO INCREASE AND BECOME STEADY.
