IT MAINTAINS A CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, HOLDS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND PROVIDES A FORUM FOR MEMBERS IN GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR TO SHARE INFORMATION AND PROMOTE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS. IT ALSO BESTOWS AWARDS ON INDIVIDUALS WHO CARRY OUT THE LEPA MISSION.
