THE BRENT HOUSE RENTS HOTEL ROOMS TO GUESTS WHO ARE EITHER UNDERGOING MEDICAL TREATMENT AT THE OCHSNER MEDICAL FACILITIES OR ARE VISITING RELATIVES OR FRIENDS WHO ARE RECEIVING MEDICAL TREATMENT. 22,027 GUESTS STAYED AT THE BRENT HOUSE HOTEL IN 2021.
RENTAL OF FACILITY SPACE TO RELATED 501(C)(3) CORPORATIONS.
OTHER PATIENT SERVICES. HOTEL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS FROM THEIR ROOMS. THE GUEST IS CHARGED THE COST OF THE CALL PLUS A PERCENTAGE MARK-UP.
