ADULT HABILITATION PROGRAM - WE ARE A WORK TRAINING PROGRAM THAT WORKS WITH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED ADULTS. WE PROVIDE MOBILE WORK CREWS AND ALSO ON-SITE WORK. WE ALSO WORK WITH THE CLIENTS ON INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS AND SOCIAL SKILLS. THERE ARE 65 CLIENTS IN THIS PROGRAM.
PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT SERVICE PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SERVICES IN THE HOME TO THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED AND ELDERLY IN THE COMMUNITY. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE WITH DRESSING, GROOMING, HOUSEKEEPING, FOOD PREPARATION, AND GOING OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY. THERE ARE 30 CLIENTS IN THIS PROGRAM.
