THE CORPORATION IS IRREVOCABLY DEDICATED TO, AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR, NONPROFIT PURPOSES AND CHARITABLE, CIVIC, RELIGIOUS AND/OR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, AND NO PART OF THE INCOME OR ASSETS OF THE CORPORATION SHALL HE DISTRIBUTED TO NOR INURE TO THE BENOLIN OF APY INDIVIDUAL.
