THE 303,689 IN FUNCTIONAL EXPENSES DOES NOT INCLUDE IN-KIND LABOR DONATIONS OF $360,000 WHICH WAS THE VALUE ALLOTTED TO LABOR OF DOCTORS, NURSES AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS WHO DONATED THEIR TIME.
