TO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH LIMITATIONS AND DISABILITIES JOB PREPARATION, VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT, TRAINING AND SUPPORT, AND COACHING TO YOUTH AND ADULTS.

THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING ACTIVITY IS CURRENTLY IN FULL OPERATION. THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVOTING 100% OF ITS TIME TO FURTHER DEVELOPING VOCATIONAL TRAINING. IN 2021 THE FOUNDATION SERVED 992 PEOPLE AND WAS SUCCESSFUL IN PROVIDING JOB PLACEMENT TO 181 PEOPLE. 123 OF THE 181 HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THEIR 90-DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD. ALSO HAD 37 ADDITIONAL PLACEMENTS FOR OTHER PROGRAMS.
