PART I, LINE 1, PART III, LINE 1 KLFI - TV 35 WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1988 WITH THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF BRINGING FAMILY PROGRAMMING TO THE PEOPLE OF TEXARKANA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. THE GOAL OF THE STATION WAS NOT ONLY TO BRING RELIGIOUS BROADCASTING TO THE AREA, BUT TO ALSO FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE OCCURRING IN OUR TOWN. OUR GOAL IS TO BE PART OF OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING G-RATED PROGRAMMING FROM THE WALK NETWORK ALONG WITH SPECIAL EVENTS IN OUR AREA INCLUDING HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS, OUTDOOR SPORTS, PARADES, LOCAL TALK SHOWS AND INFORMATIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDING HEALTH PROGRAMS, HOW-TO PROGRAMS AND NATIONAL NEWS WITH A SLANT TOWARD THE CHRISTIAN HOUSEHOLD.

Part 3 - Line 4a
ON AIR PROGRAMMING SERVICES-KLFI-TV PRODUCES AND BROADCASTS SEVERAL PROGRAMS THAT TOTAL OVER 60 HOURS OF BROADCAST TIME EACH WEEK. ONE SERVICE A WEEK OF BEECH STREET FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH ARE BROADCAST ON CABLE ONE (CHANNEL 10), AND TO THE REST OF THE SURROUNDING AREA BY WAY OF OUR LOW POWER CLASS A BROADCAST UHF CHANNEL 35. IN ADDITION, EACH SERVICE IS REBROADCAST THREE TIMES EACH WEEK. WE ALSO PRODUCE "TABLE TALK" THAT IS A LOCAL EVENTS PROGRAM PROMOTING CIVIC AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AS WELL AS OTHER EVENTS POPULAR TO OUR AREA. EACH WEEK DURING FOOTBALL SEASON WE TAKE OUR PRODUCTION TRAILER AND FIFTEEN VOLUNTEERS AND TAPE A LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL GAME TO REPLAY THREE TIMES EACH WEEK. WE ALSO TAPE AND BROADCAST SPECIAL COMMUNITY WIDE EVENTS. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS, WE ALSO AIR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR BOTH TEXARKANA, TEXAS AND TEXARKANA, ARKANSAS, CHURCH SERVICES FOR MOORES LANE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH AND NORTHERN HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH. THE COMBINED PROGRAM SERVICES LISTED HAS ALLOWED US TO ACHIEVE OUR PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE MESSAGE OF CHRIST TO THE COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS, TO PROVIDE BALANCED COVERAGE OF COMMUNITY EVENTS IN TEXARKANA.
THE ORGANIZATION CEASED OPERATIONS AND THE CASH THAT REMAINED, AFTER PAYING FINAL EXPENSES AND LIABILITES WAS TRANSFERRED TO BEECH STREET FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH. (SEE SCHEDULE N)
