INDIGENT AID - PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID FOR UTILITIES, TRANSPORTATION, MEDICAL EXPENSES, LODGING, TOYS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, FOOD AND COUNCIL TO INDIGENT OR HOMELESS PERSONS. PROVIDED MONTHLY FOOD BAGS AND DAILY LUNCHES TO 36,255 INDIVIDUALS IN FY2021. TO QUALIFY FOR MONTHLY FOOD, FAMILIES MUST MEET 130% OF THE FEDERAL INCOME GUIDELINES. NO INCOME QUALIFICATIONS WERE REQUIRED FOR THE DAILY LUNCHES. IN 2021, PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO 946 INDIVIDUALS WITH WATER, ELECTRICITY, AND GAS PAYMENTS IN ORDER TO PREVENT SHUT-OFFS.
