THE ASSOCIATION MAINTAINS, REPAIRS, CARES FOR, AND PROMOTES THE MOUNT HOLLY CEMETERY LOCATED ON A FOUR SQUARE BLOCK AREA OF PARK-LIKE OASIS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SALARY AND PAYROLL TAX EXPENSE FOR THE GROUNDS KEEPERS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENT, AS WELL AS OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED FOR CARING OF THE GROUNDS, SUCH AS UTILITY EXPENSES.
THE CEMETERY CONTAINS THE GRAVES OF MANY HISTORICAL INDIVIDUALS AND PROMINENT PEOPLE IN ARKANSAS HISTORY AND IS A MAJOR HISTORIC SITE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. BURIAL FEES ARE INCURRED WHEN A NEW GRAVE SITE IS PREPARED.
THE ASSOCIATION DISTRIBUTES A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER TO KEEP THE RESIDENTS AND DONORS INFORMED OF THE HAPPENINGS OF THE CEMETERY AND THE ASSOCIATION.
