THE CAMPUS HOLDS TITLE (SERVES AS A TITLE HOLDING COMPANY) TO PROPERTY, BOTH REAL AND PERSONAL, MAINTAINS AND REPAIRS SUCH PROPERTY, COLLECTS INCOME FROM SUCH PROPERTY, AND TURNS OVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF INCOME, LESS OR NET OF EXPENSES, IN EQUAL SHARES, TO THE MEMBERS OF A CLASS OF ORGANIZATIONS CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING: BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF THE MIDLANDS (OMAHA, NE), HEARTLAND FAMILY SERVICE (OMAHA, NE), THE SALVATION ARMY/COUNCIL BLUFFS CORPS (COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA) AND THE MICAH HOUSE (COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA).
