THE SPECIFIC CHARITABLE AND PUBLIC PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED ARE TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FULFILLMENT OF THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRA COSTA INTERFAITH TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, INC.
