ENRICHMENTS/ASSEMBLIES: ASSEMBLIES HELD THOUGHOUT THE YEAR PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT FOR ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING RHEEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. ADDITIONAL ENRICHMENT FUNDS SUPPLEMENTED NEARLY ALL GRADE LEVELS WITH SPECIAL PROGRAMS, MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES OUTSIDE THE REGULAR SCOPE OF GRADE REQUIREMENTS. PTA ALSO SUPPORTED TEACHERS BY ENABLING THEM TO PURCHASE CLASS SUPPLIES AND BOOKS TO SUPPLEMENT SCHOOL RESOURCES. ADDITIONAL, PTA SUPORTED AND ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES FOR OTHER EDUCATIONL PROGRMS, SUCH AS LIVING HISTORY AND SUMMER READING.
