ADMINISTRATIVE CAREERS TRAINING (FORMERLY NAMED JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT):PROGRAM STRUCTURE: PREPARES JOB SEEKERS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CAREERS BY COMBINING COMPUTER TRAINING WITH LIFE SKILLS, PAID WORK EXPERIENCE, CASE MANAGEMENT, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, CAREER COUNSELING, PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE, AND LONG-TERM ALUMNI SERVICES. PROGRAM WAS ONLINE UNTIL MAY 2022 BECAUSE OF COVID-19IMPACT: THE PROGRAM PLACED 32 GRADUATES INTO INITIAL EMPLOYMENT, EARNING AN AVERAGE OF $19.06/HOUR. IN ADDITION, 17 ALUMNI WERE PLACED INTO NEW POSITIONS OR ADVANCED TO AN AVERAGE OF $23.03/HOUR. 67% OF GRADUATES RETAINED EMPLOYMENT AT 18 MONTHS FOLLOWING PLACEMENT.
