THE ASSOCIATION DEFINES QUALIFICATIONS, STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE. MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO RESPOND TO NO LESS THAN 30% OF CALLS ANNUALLY AND ATTEND 75% OF THE DRILLS AND TRAINING ANNUALLY. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES AN AVERAGE OF 4 DRILLS AND 4 FORMAL TRAINING SESSIONS ANNUALLY. DRILLS AND TRAINING ARE GENERALLY CONDUCTED BY SENIOR MEMBERSHIP WITH AN OCCASIONAL GUEST INSTRUCTOR FROM RELATED ORGANIZATIONS. ORGANIZATION ALSO SUPPORTS COMMUNITY BY DONATING TO LOCAL SCHOOLS AND ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH AND LOCAL CITIZENS
