IS TO RAISE FUNDS FROM BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS IN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, WHICH FUNDS WILL BE DISBURSED TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN, OR SERVING INDIVIDUALS IN, CONTRA COSTA COUNTY.
