CROSSROADS TREATMENT CENTER PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL CARE AND COUNSELING SERVICES FOR 60 EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED TEENAGE GIRLS. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THE TREATMENT PROGRAM IS TO IMPROVE THE RESIDENT'S BEHAVIOR TO A LEVEL THAT ALLOWS MOVEMENT TO A LOWER LEVEL FACILITY, PLACEMENT WITH A FOSTER FAMILY, OR REUNIFICATION WITH THEIR NATURAL FAMILY. THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY IN A GROUP HOME IS 18 MONTHS. CROSSROADS HAS AN AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY OF 14 MONTHS BEFORE OUR RESIDENTS GRADUATE.
