THE CONTRIBUTION SUPPORTED THE CREATION OF THE SURVEY INSTRUMENT; TRANSLATION; AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOP-LINE RESULTS, CROSS-TABULATIONS, AND ANALYSIS. THE SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED TO ASSESS THE VIABILITY OF A PLACING A PROPOSITION ON CALIFORNIAS NOVEMBER 2020 BALLOT THAT WOULD CREATE A SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR HOMELESSNESS VIA A 1% TAX ON PERSONAL INCOMES OF CALIFORNIANS EARNING $1 MILLION OR MORE. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT THE TAX COULD GENERATE BETWEEN $1.5 $2.25 BILLION PER YEAR IN ONGOING FUNDING TO ADDRESS HOMELESSNESS IN CALIFORNIA. WHILE THERE IS NO PLAN TO ADVANCE A PROPOSITION ON THE NOVEMBER 2020 BALLOT BECAUSE OF POTENTIAL NEGATIVE IMPACT ON ANOTHER CHHC PRIORITY (E.G.
