SERVICES INCLUDE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CERTIFIED CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE, SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS; LOANED DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT; LOANED AUGMENTATIVE SPEECH COMMUNICATION PROGRAM; INFORMATION, REFERRALS; RESOURCES, GRANTS TO SUPPORT IN-HOME HEALTH SERVICES; STATE AND FEDERAL PUBLIC POLICY AND PATIENT ADVOCACY.
