TEACHER RESOURCES: DISTRIBUTION OF AN EDUCATIONAL NEWSPAPER SUPPLEMENT FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 3-8,"WHAT'S GROWIN' ON?".OVER 70,000 COPIES WERE DISTRIBUTED AROUND THE STATE.THREE RESOURCES WERE RESEARCHED, DEV ELOPED & UPDATED. TWO NEW RESOURCES WERE RESEARCHED, DEVELOPED & DIS TRIBUTED.TASTE & TEACH PROGRAM DISTRIBUTED A BINDER WITH LESSON PLANS TO 350 TEACHERS. EACH TEACHER ALSO RECEIVED GROCERY STORE GIFT CARDS TO PURCHASE THE FRUITS & VEGETABLES THAT CORRESPOND TO EACH LESSON. A SECOND YEAR OF NUTRITION CURRICULUM WAS DEVELOPED WITH NEWSLETTERS & RESOURCES FOR FRESNO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. CONDUCTED A SUPER SATURDAY WEBINAR FOR EDUCATORS WITH HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES TO USE IN THEIR CLASSROOMS, HELD A ZOOM WEBINAR AND SENT OUT RESOURCE MATERIALS.
OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE GRANTS, COUNTY SERVICES, WRITING CONTEST, CONFERENCE S AND EXHIBITS, USTP (UNIVERSITY, AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS.
