CAF CHORAL PROGRAM - PROVIDE MUSICAL EDUCATION, ENRICHMENT AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP; INCLUSIVE OF ALL AGES AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS. OUR 165 MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN OVER 300 REHEARSAL SESSIONS BOTH LOCALLY AND IN-RESIDENCE AT CARNEGIE HALL. PERFORMING FOR APPROXIMATELY 13,000 CONCERT AND EVENT ATTENDEES WITH 5 CONCERT APPEARANCES IN THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THE AEGEAN. ON-GOING OBJECTIVES INCLUDE, INCREASING MEMBERSHIP, EXPAND COMMUNITY OUTREACH, DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE GROWTH AND BROADER REACH TO OUTLYING COMMUNITIES.
CONCERT PRODUCTIONS - PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDED TWO LARGE LOCAL SHOWS WITH OVER 1,500 ATTENDEES, TWO CONCERT COLLABORATIONS IN CARNEGIE HALL AND 5 CONCERT APPEARANCES IN THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THE AEGEAN. GREAT STRIDES WERE MADE IN OUR OBJECTIVES IN AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT, CONCERT PRODUCTION TIMELINES AND DEVELOPING PRODUCTION AND FRONT OF HOUSE TEAMS. ON-GOING OBJECTIVE IS TO CONTINUE TO IMPROVE IN THESE AREAS.
BROADWAY AND BEYOND - MUSICAL THEATER PROGRAM HAS BEEN EXPANDED TO INCLUDE BOTH FALL AND SPRING SHOWS, YEAR-LONG CLASS OFFERINGS AND THE SUMMER MUSICAL THEATER INTENSIVE FEATURING A SHOW AND A SHOWCASE. ENROLLMENT INCREASED BY 15% WITH SUCCESS IN AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE A YOUNG ARTIST SHOWCASE CALLED MINUETTO MUSIC FESTIVAL AND THE CAF CONSERVATORY, WHICH OFFERS VARIOUS PERFORMING ARTS LESSONS.
