WOMEN OF TOMORROW IS ABOUT WOMEN HELPING WOMEN AND IN AN INITIAL STUDY SHOWED A STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT IN THE SELFT-ESTEEM OF THE YOUNG GIRLS PARTICIPATING. RESEARCH SHOW THAT WOMEN OF TOMORROW MENTEES HAVE INCREASED SELF-ESTEEM, A 92% HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATE, AND INCREASED ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE (GPA) EACH YEAR THEY ARE IN THE PROGRAM, TO A STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DEGREE. MENTEES HAVE A 95% GRADUATE RATE. WOMEN OF TOMORROW CURRENTLY MENTORS 2,236 AT-RISK YOUNG WOMEN IN 116 PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS WITH 42 CITIES IN BROWARD, MIAMI-DADE AND PALM BEACH COUNTY WITH ITS NETWORK OF APPROXIMATELY 350 MENTORS. WOMEN OF TOMORROW HAS AWARDED OVER $3.7 MILLION IN SCHOLARSHIPS TO 1,413 MENTEES. 2,236 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED.

WOMEN OF TOMORROW PAIRS EXTEMELY ACCOMPLISHED PROFESSIONAL WOMEN WITH SMALL GROUPS OF AT RISK TEENAGE GIRLS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR A 3 TO 4 YEAR MENTORING PROGRAM. WOMEN OF TOMORROW MENTORS EXPOSE YOUNG WOMEN TO THE POSSIBILITIES OUT THERE FOR THEM, AS WELL AS WALKING THEM THROUGH A VARIETY OF LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT WILL ENRICH THEIR LIVES AND THEIR EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. 2,700 STUDENTS WERE SERVED.
CAREER FOCUSED FIELD TRIPS AND SPECIALIZED COLLEGE CAMPUS VISITS FOR YOUNG WOMEN IN THE PROGRAM TO LEARN ABOUT CAREER AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. 0 STUDENTS WERE SERVED. DUE TO SCHOOL DISTRICT RESTRICTIONS AS A RESULT OF COVID-19, IN-PERSON FIELD TRIPS COULD NOT BE CONDUCTED.
