THESE SESSIONS ARE CONDUCTED IN-PERSON, ON THE TELEPHONE OR VIA THE INTERNET. DURING THIS SESSION, THE COUNSELOR ASSESSES THE CONSUMER'S FINANCIAL POSITION, COMPLETES A DETAILED BUDGET AND DEVELOPS A CUSTOMIZED ACTION PLAN. THE CONSUMER IS PRESENTED OPTIONS TO HELP RESOLVE THEIR FINANCIAL POSITION.
