PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL BENEFITS TO CHILDREN OF UNDERSERVED FAMILIES LABORING IN THE AGRICULTURAL, NURSERY AND EQUESTRIAN FIELDS OF SOUTH PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL

CAMPO ALEGRE - THIS PROGRAM IS A SUMMER ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT PROGRAM SERVING APPROXIMATELY 53 CHILDREN OF LOW INCOME AND UNDERSERVED FARMWORKERS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR FOUR WEEKS AT A LOCAL NOT FOR PROFIT COMMUNITY. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, THE PROGRAM WAS REDUCED FROM 8 WEEKS TO 4 WEEKS AND THE CAPACITY WS REDUCED FROM APPROX 110 TO 53.


COVID REIEF - THIS PROGRAM WAS SET UP TO PROVIDE RESIDENCES OF IN THE PINES, INC. AND OTHERS THAT WE SERVE WITH HOUSING ASSISTANCE, HUNGER RELIEF, CHILD CARE AND LOSS OF INCOME RELIEF TO THOSE EFFECTED BY THE COVID PANDEMIC.


HELP WITH HOMEWORK - THIS PROGRAM IS AN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM SERVING THE STUDENTS THAT RESIDE AT IN THE PINES, INC. FOR FOUR AFTERNOONS PER WEEK, APPROXIMATELY 100 CHILDREN KEEP CURRENT ON THEIR HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS AND SPECIAL SCHOOL PROJECTS.
