CREATING HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES PAYS FOR THE FIRST AND LAST MONTH'S RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSITS FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE READY TO MOVE FROM PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (SHP); TRANSITIONAL HOUSING (TH); OR INTERIM HOUSING (IH) INTO INDEPENDENT PERMANENT HOUSING. NON-TANGIBLE IN- KIND DONATIONS FOR THIS PROGRAM BY WAY OF OFFICE SPACE AND FACILITIES TOTAL 36,200 REPORTED ON SCH. D

PROJECT HOMELESS CONNECT IS A QUARTERLY ONE-STOP EVENT TO DELIVER RESOURCES AND SERVICES TO PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE COUNTY DONATED SERVICES AND FACILITIES WERE USED FOR THIS PROGRAM. NON- TANGIBLE IN-KIND DONATIONS FOR THIS PROGRAM BY WAY OF OFFICE SPACE AND FACILITIES TOTAL 14,400 REPORTED ON SCH. D.
