OLD SCHOOL SQUARES MISSION IS TO BE THE COMMUNITYS CULTURAL CENTER AND GATHERING PLACE FOR ENRICHING THE LIVES OF ALL PEOPLE BY PROVIDING A TOTAL ARTS EXPERIENCE THROUGH VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS, EDUCATION, AND ENTERTAINMENT, WHILE PRESERVING OUR NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE.

OLD SCHOOL SQUARE PRESENTED 5 BROADWAY SHOWS, 5 CABARET SHOWS, 18 FREE FRIDAY NIGHT CONCERTS, 11 VARIETY ACTS, AND 4 OUTDOOR PAVILION SHOWS.


THE CORNELL ART MUSEUM PRESENTED 2 CURATED CONTEMPORARY ART EXHIBITIONS FEATURING NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ARTISTS. IN ADDITION, THE MUSEUM HOSTED THE ART ON THE SQUARE FINE ART SHOW FEATURING 120 ARTISTS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY, 12 SPOTLIGHT GALLERY FIRST FRIDAY ART WALK EXHIBITIONS FEATURING STUDENT ART GROUPS AND 3 ARTIST TALKS.


OLD SCHOOL SQUARE CREATIVE ARTS SCHOOL OFFERED BEGINNER THROUGH MASTER-LEVEL CLASSES IN THE CREATIVE ARTS, INCLUDING DRAWING, PAINTING, PHOTOGRAPHY, JEWELRY MAKING AND WRITING.
