SPECIAL PROJECTS/PRAIRIE RESTORATION - EXPENDITURES INCLUDE CONTRACTUAL EXPNSES NECESSARY TO RESTORE NATIVE WARM SEASON GRASSES AND BOBWHITE QUAIL HABITAT FOR THE CONTRACT THROUGH THE CONSERVATION RESERVE PROGRAM.
