THE FACILITY IS LOCATED IN WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA AND CONSISTS OF 210 LICENSED RESIDENTIAL UNITS INCLUDING A 48-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, PLUS AN ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT AREA. THE ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVITIES ARE REGULATED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES, OFFICE OF INSURANCE REGULATION (OIR).
