EXECUTED CULTURAL FUND OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM WHICH FUNDED OVER 85 ARTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES. THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO APPLICANTS SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR FOR LARGER PROJECTS(MAJOR CULTURAL PROGRAMS, ARTS EDUCATION/ARTS THERAPY, CREATIVE ARTISTS)ON AN ONGOING BASIS FOR SMALLER PROJECTS AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUNDING (NEIGHBORHOOD ARTS, SOS FUNDING)
