INCOME PRODUCING ACTIVITIES STEM FROM REQUIRED CPE FOR THE ACCOUNTING PROFESSION WHILE ENHANCING THE IMAGE OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTING. ALSO, PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO DESERVING STUDENTS IN ACCOUNTING, WE ALSO PROVIDE A ONE DAY FORUM FOR ACCOUNTANTS. WE HOLD A JOINT CONVENTION WITH ANOTHER STATE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE 12 HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION TO OUR MEMBERS AND ATTENDEES. A SEMINAR FOR BUSINESS ENTITIES WHICH INCLUDE SOLE PROPRIETORS, LLC, PARTHERSHIPS AND C AS WELL AS S CORPORATIONS IS HELD LED BY GEAR UP FIRM. ALSO, A 2 DAY SEMINAR IS HELD FOR INDIVIDUAL TAX EDUCATION ALSO OFFERED THROUGH GEAR UP AND LED BY SPEAKERS WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE BOTH IN PRACTICE AS WELL AS CPE PROVIDERS. THE ENTITIY ALSO HOLDS MONTHLY MEETINGS THAT CONSIST OF ONE HOUR OF CPE ON VARIOUS TOPICS THROGHOUT THE YEAR USUALLY INVOLVING THE STATE GOVERNING BODIES AS WELL AS TAX RELATED TOPICS ON A FEDERAL LEVEL.
