TRAIN, TEST, SUPERVISE, REGULATE ATHLETIC OFFICIALS FOR EVENTS INVOLVING MEMBER SCHOOLS; TRAIN PARAPROFESSIONAL COACHES; PROVIDE FIRST AID TRAINING FOR COACHES, STAFF, OFFICIALS, AND ANY OTHER PERSONS INVOLVED IN MEMBER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
