Part 3 - Line 4a
AN ANNUAL PARADE IS THROWN WHICH INVOLVES SEVERAL FLOATS, HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BANDS, AND OTHER PARADE UNITS. AN ESTIMATED 60,000 SPECTATORS ATTEND THE PARADE. THE ORGANIZATION THROWS AN ANNUAL BALL DURING THE MARDI GRAS SEASON. APPROXIMATELY 400 MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS ATTEND. THERE ARE VARIOUS MEMBER-ONLY ACTIVITIES AND SCHEDULED MEETINGS DURING THE YEAR TO SUPPORT THE ANNUAL MARDI GRAS PARADE AND BALL AND TO SUSTAIN MEMBERSHIP.
